You may cancel your CTOA membership at any time. Simply contact us:

Snail mail – USPS is not recommended due to transit time.
Facebook – not recommended since facebook can be glitchy.
If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, please reach out again and get confirmation from us that we did receive your request to cancel.

IMPORTANT:

Simply “unsubscribing” from a NAOD member emails DOES NOT cancel your membership as we get no notification that you have done that, and in some cases may not be a members intent.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A REFUND AND A CANCELLATION?
If a customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer.

If the refund is for a recurring billing product, then the return policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned.

A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation.

If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product no future rebills will be charged to their account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund – it will only stop any future rebills.
